 This DIY garland features cardstock cutouts of narwhals, starfish, corals, and seashells that are shades of light blue and light purple. Attach the cutouts to the included silver twine. You can put it on the wall with a garland balloon to create a perfect backdrop for your photos. Or just added like a table runner to  your cake table.
